PadhAI (padhai.io) is run by Waggle Dance LLP, India. By making an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use PadhAI.

You upload your study material (slides, PDFs, photos, recordings) and PadhAI turns it into notes, flashcards and quizzes, and Momo, our AI tutor, teaches it to you out loud and answers your questions. Everything is made by AI from what you upload. It is a study aid: check anything that matters for an exam against your material and your teachers.

Every new account gets 7 days free, with no card, and Momo teaches every chapter of what you upload. When it ends, what you already made stays readable, and making anything new needs a paid period.

• Monthly: ₹199 for 30 days.
• Semester: ₹499 for 120 days.

Each is a one-time payment in Indian rupees, taken by Cashfree Payments. Nothing renews or charges you again on its own. Buying again adds the new days after any you have left. Each period includes a fair-use amount of uploading and teaching.

• One account per person. Keep your login to yourself.
• Upload only material you have the right to use for your own study, such as your course slides and your own notes. Your uploads stay private to you.
• Do not use PadhAI to break the law, to attack or overload the service, or to resell it. We may suspend an account that does.

We work to keep PadhAI running and correct, but it is provided as it is, and AI can make mistakes. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the problem.
