Refunds and cancellation

If PadhAI is not for you, email support@padhai.io within 7 days of your payment, from the email you signed up with, and we will refund the full amount. No questions asked.

We start the refund within 2 working days of your email. It goes back to the card, UPI or bank account you paid with, through Cashfree Payments, and usually reaches you in 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. Your paid days end when the refund is made.

There is nothing to cancel: every payment is one-time, for a fixed number of days, and nothing renews or charges you again on its own.

Payments older than 7 days are not refunded, except where the law requires it, or when we charged you by mistake (a double payment, or a payment for days you never received), which we always refund.

PadhAI is run by Waggle Dance LLP, India, the merchant named on your payment.
